Qi gong


Qi gong is the art of qi, vital energy. Based on the principles of traditional Chinese medicine, it aims to harmonise and promote the circulation of body fluids.

As such, it constitutes a healing practice. Opening up energy fields and working on breathing and concentration make it an art of the body, life energy and mind; a true Zen practice.


Colin Manoha teaches Qi gong in the spirit of Zen

Colin arrived at the Falaise Verte Zen Center in 2010 and lived there for several years in retreat to practise Zen.

He travels regularly to China to receive teachings from Chinese Masters.
